I was really looking forward to making something special to welcome you guys to the new site but unfortunately my professors think I should make better use of my time by analyzing the geospatial patterns of cumulonimbus clouds. 

Haha I'm just kidding of course but I still want to welcome you to the new site by reminding you that GoodPoint is still fundraising for victims of the recent disasters in Japan, as well as for those unfortunate to find themselves victims of human-trafficking.

It's not the flashy in-with-a-bang kick-off I had originally envisioned, but in retrospect I feel this is a very fitting way to announce the new site. GoodPoint exists to make a difference and empower others; at the core it's not about the lights, camera, but it is about the action.
